Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–10 business days after dispatch.

• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days after dispatch.
Note: Delivery timeframes may vary depending on the destination country and local courier services.

Shipping Origin

Orders are shipped from our regional warehouses located in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom. We aim to fulfill orders from the warehouse closest to the delivery address whenever possible.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. Tracking numbers are also updated directly in your order status page.

· Italy: Standard: €9.99 (orders ≤ €49); Free (orders ≥ €50); Express: €9.99 + €6.46 per item

· France: Standard: €10.37 (orders ≤ €49); Free (orders ≥ €50); Express: €10.37 + €7.39 per item

· Spain: Standard: €10.39 (orders ≤ €49); Free (orders ≥ €50); Express: €10.39 + €7.39 per item

· Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal: Standard: €9.07–€9.99 (orders ≤ €49); Free (orders ≥ €50)

· All other listed EU countries: Standard: €11.07 (orders ≤ €45); Free (orders ≥ €50)

UK Customs and Duties

For orders delivered to the United Kingdom, import duties and taxes may apply for orders exceeding €50. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected at the time of delivery. We recommend checking with UK customs authorities for the most current regulations.

Shipping Limitations

We currently only ship to the European countries listed above and the United Kingdom. We do not ship to other non-EU or international destinations at this time.
