We stand behind our products!

At Dr. Dermaluci Lab, we're confident in the quality of our products and believe you'll be thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason you're not entirely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return or exchange policy within 30 days of your purchase date.

If it's been a little longer, don't worry. You can still return your item for store credit up to one year from the original purchase date.

Returns & Exchanges:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method (excluding original shipping costs).
• We offer free shipping for exchanges on items of the same value. This is available for EU orders only.
• We aim to process returns and exchanges quickly, typically within 3-5 business days of receiving the item.
• For all the bundles and kits/boxes, the entire bundle must be returned for a refund; partial refunds are not available.
• Dr. Dermaluci Lab monitors return activity to prevent abuse and retains the right to limit returns or exchanges at our discretion. All returns are subject to review.
• Returns and exchanges are not applicable to free gift promotions.

Starting a Return or Exchange:

For all orders please contact our customer service at info@dermalucilab.com for guidance. Note: for International (outside of EU) returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense within 30 days for a refund.

Damaged Items:

If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us immediately at info@dermalucilab.com, including photos of the damaged items for assistance.

Order Cancellation & Modifications:

We process orders swiftly to ensure fast delivery. While we'll try to accommodate cancellation or modification requests within an hour of order placement, we can't guarantee changes after shipping.

We're unable to reroute packages once shipped. Undeliverable parcels will be returned and processed as a return.

Promotions:

Discount codes must be applied at checkout to be valid and cannot be added retroactively. Offers cannot be combined with other discounts.
