Are your products tested on animals, or do they contain any harmful ingredients ?

We guarantee that all of our products and ingredients are cruelty-free and have not been tested on animals.
Also, our products are made without phthalates, parabens, binders or added ingredients.

What’s the shelf life of Dr. Dermaluci Products? How long will my products last?

All Dr. Dermaluci Lab's Products is made with pure ingredients under stringent guidelines so it reaches you in peak condition.

We suggest ordering your products when needed to minimize storage time, then keeping any unopened products in a cool, dry place until you’re ready to use it.

All of our products have a shelf life, which is how long they will last, sealed and unopened: 24-38 months.

After you open your product, the PAO (Period After Opening) will tell you how many months it will last: usually 6 months.

The PAO is listed on the label on a symbol that looks like an open jar. For example, PAO that reads “6 M.” That means it will last six months once open.

You can also prevent contamination after you open any of our products by using a clean utensil or clean, dry hands when applying a product.

What is our return policy?

We think you’re going to love your products! But if you aren’t completely satisfied with anything, you can return or exchange the item(s) within 30 days of purchase.

When will my order ship?

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to process and ship, and then allow for the full estimated delivery window for receipt. Depending on the country it would arrive between 3 to 5 bussiness dats.
During the holiday season, orders may take up to 7 business days to process and ship. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Is Dr. Dermaluci Products are suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, all our products, are specifically designed with sensitive skin in mind. We carefully select gentle, non-irritating ingredients to ensure that our products soothe and protect sensitive skin without causing redness, dryness, or irritation. Our formulas undergo rigorous dermatological testing to be hypoallergenic, making them ideal for those with sensitive skin concerns.

However, it is important to note that everyone's skin is different, and some individuals might experience minor irritations due to specific ingredients or reactions to products used in combination. This does not necessarily indicate an allergy, but rather a reaction that could occur from one or more ingredients. We recommend performing a patch test before full application and consulting with a dermatologist if you have any concerns.

Do your products contain preservatives?

Yes, our products do contain minimal preservatives. While we prioritize natural ingredients and strive to use as few preservatives as possible, it is essential to include some to ensure the safety and shelf life of our products. We typically produce our products in smaller batches to ensure freshness and that they are used shortly after production. The preservatives we use are approved for organic skincare and have minimal adverse effects, ensuring that our products remain safe and effective for your skin.

Can I use our products around the eyes?

Yes, all our products are gentle enough to be used around the delicate eye area. However, avoid direct contact with the eyes. If the product accidentally gets into your eyes, rinse thoroughly with water. For targeted eye treatments however, its best to choose products specific for eyes. If you know that this is an area which is usually and easily irritated, it is best to avoid it or perform a patch test to make sure it is suitabel.

How should I perform a patch test?

To perform a patch test, apply a small amount of the product to a discreet area of skin, such as the inside of your wrist or behind your ear. Wait 24 hours to see if any irritation or reaction occurs. If you experience any redness, itching, or discomfort, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist.

Are your products fragrance-free?

Our products are formulated with minimal fragrance to ensure they are suitable for sensitive skin. Any fragrances used are derived from natural sources and are free from synthetic chemicals to minimize the risk of irritation.

How long does one bottle of 100ml last?

The longevity of the products which is typically contained in 100 ml depends on the frequency and amount of use. On average, a bottle of 100 ml should last approximately 4-5 months when used as directed. However, if used few times a day or more often, it might finish earlier. 

Are your products environmentally friendly?

Our packaging is made from recyclable materials, and we strive to minimize our carbon footprint through eco-friendly production practices. Can our products be used under makeup?

Absolutely! Our products are designed to be lightweight and non-greasy, making it an excellent base for makeup. It helps to create a smooth, hydrated canvas, ensuring your makeup applies evenly and lasts longer. Please make sure you clean your face after the use of make up every single time. It helps preserve the skin and pores clean.
